  • “mobile detailing” - does that mean you can detail my vehicle anywhere?

    • FOR MOST SERVICES we require hookups for water and electricity. water can sometimes be an exception depending on the services being performed. IF HOOKUPS ARE UNAVAILABLE AT YOUR LOCATION WE CAN DETAIL AT OUR GARAGE - we offer complimentary vehicle pickup & delivery.

  • DO YOU ONLY WORK ON CARS?

    • WE WORK ON CARS, MOTORCYCLES, atvs, SEMI TRUCKS, TRAILERS, RVS, BOATS - YOU NAME IT!

  • are you licensed and insured?

    • yes! we are licensed and insured to detail at your location and for vehicle pickup and delivery to and from our garage as well.

  • what happens In the event of inclement weather at my appointment time?

    • we keep an eye on the forecast and will communicate with you beforehand regarding a need to reschedule. we can work in light rain, but storms, thunder/lightning, significant wind, etc. will impact our ability to complete mobile services. unless there is a garage available for us to use we will have to perform your service AT OUR GARAGE OR reschedule.

  • DO YOU DETAIL DURING THE WINTER SEASON?

    • WE operate ALL YEAR LONG as long! however, freezing temperatures may impact the services and business hours we are able to provide and may force us to work from a garage.

  • CAN YOU CLEAN CAR SEATS/BOOSTER SEATS?

    • YES! WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO CLEAN CAR SEATS AS PART OF AN INTERIOR DETAIL UPON REQUEST FOR A small ADDITIONAL CHARGE. MENTION THIS WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.

  • WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

    • WE ACCEPT CASH, DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS, AND PAYMENT THROUGH VENMO. PLEASE NOTE - WE typically Are not able TO MAKE CHANGE FOR CASH PAYMENTS.
